Software Pricing:

Single User Package

Sports League Administrator uses the FileMaker Pro database engine as the core application. The downloadable demo is a complete fully functional package. You do not need additional software for this single user package.
License Price: $1,495

Network Package:

If you plan to use this software in a network environment whether it be a peer to peer set up, or via a network server, you will need a single copy of the database engine FileMaker Pro on each computer using the Sports League Administrator software.

FileMaker Pro is readily available online. You can purchase from us for $230 per copy.

To calculate your total cost, add the software package list price of $1,495 to the number of computers you want to use it on times $230. For example, if you wanted to use Sports League Administrator on three computers, the cost would be $1,495 plus $690 for a total cost of $2,185.

Web Site Pricing:

Our web site package is used by several facilities. To see what our facility sites look like, go to the testimonial page and click on a facility link that states next to it “Rink Smart Web Site”. There you will see how others have used our web site package:

Full Web Site Price: $500 initial set up, plus $35 per month hosting
(Includes 2 email addresses – additional email addresses $2/month)

If you purchase the software and already have a web site, you can purchase only the schedules and standings portion of our site and have it linked to your existing web site.
Schedules and Standings Web Site: $250 set up and $25 per month hosting

Customization of Web Site and Software:

We know that every facility operates differently; therefore we do offer customization of both the web site and software package. The cost of modification depends on what is needed to be done. In most cases, the cost is minimal. Please contact us to discuss the changes you want and we will be able to provide you with an estimate of the costs involved.
